 
Soul Survivor will organise all aspects of your stay from 8th- 21st July once you arrive in Durban. This will cost £599 (excluding flights, which you will book yourself).
Once your application is accepted you will need to pay:
£125 as a deposit to secure your place
£225 by 28th February 09
All final fees (another £249) are due by 30th April 09
This cost includes travel to the hotel from Durban airport, a hotel (with breakfast, a packed lunch and dinner provided), all travel to and from the projects, insurance, entry to evening meetings and travel/admission to several ‘day off’ activities (such as a game reserve). If you cancel you will forfeit all the fees you have paid up to that date and claims for refunds must go through the insurance policy you’ll be given.
 
You’ll need to fill out the online forms (HERE..)and pay a deposit (of £125 if before 31st December 08, £350 if before 28th February or £599 thereafter).
Your application is then dependent on us following up references (if your references suggest you shouldn’t come you will get all fees paid back).
Please remember spaces are filled on a first come first served basis. Once your application is accepted then you will need to book your own flights (and send us the details)!
 
1. You book online. This happens in two stages, firstly with Soul Survivor and, once you've filled out some basic contact details, then with Key Travel, who will take an initial deposit. You may have to enter some of the same information twice (sorry) but that just helps both us and Key Travel ensure we have all the correct details.
2. Once you've booked and paid a deposit, Soul Survivor will send out some forms to you via the post or email (this should be within 2 working days of you booking online).
 3. Now it's up to you to fill out these forms and send them back to us.
4. Once we receive your forms back we will check the medical information you have provided and, if necessary, send for review.
At the same time we will check your references. We aim to do this within 2 weeks depending on the availability of the people you have chosen as referees.
5. If your references and medical records are all in check, and you've paid your deposit we will send you a letter of acceptance at which point you can book your flights to Durban.*
 6. Once you've booked your flights you'll need to let us know the details so we can make sure you are collected safely from Durban Airport when you arrive!
Ideally the process from booking online to you receiving your acceptance letter should take no longer than 4 weeks, but this is dependent upon you filling out and returning forms and the availability of your referees.

Key Travel are an ABTA and ATOL registered travel agent. They are helping Soul Survivor organise SOULINTHECITY Durban by booking accommodation and taking care of things like insurance. When you register and book, you will actually be paying Key Travel money, not Soul Survivor. As they have lots of experience in organising holidays and overseas placements we know you’re in safe hands. They are nice, so expect to hear from them as we help plan your placement!
